Admin Assistant
Requirements :
+ Candidate must possess at least a SPM / “O” Level / Diploma
+ At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
+ Good written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese added advantage.
+ Able to work independently & proactively.
+ Respond to customers requests for service information.
+ Ability to work well under pressure.
+ Own transport and Malaysian Citizen.
Skills :
1. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc. )
2. Strong attention to detail with office admin skills.
3. Able to call customer to collect payment.
4. Performing general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, accounting entries and document management.
5. Providing support in the preparation of reports, presentations and answering phone calls.
6. Assist the sales team lead to drive sales forward in the competitive market, actively doing research on trends.
7. Providing support in managing customer issues.
